Twilight - The Box-Office Smash That Almost Never Happened

Picture this: Bella Swan, track star.

Can't picture Kristen Stewart jumping hurdles? Don't worry, me neither. And thankfully, that's not what happens in the movie adaptations of Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series. But it was a close call for a while.

In a recent interview with HollywoodLife.com, Twilight producer Mark Morgan revealed that the movie was originally going to be released as a Paramount Pictures film. And according to him, the wildly successful movie would have been unrecognizable.

In some drafts, plot twists included Charlie's death and a Korean FBI agent tracking down vampires. Meyer - obviously - did not approve of the changes to her novel, so she took the rights elsewhere.

A short time later, Summit Entertainment agreed to produce the film, and the rest is box-office history.

Baby Becks to Follow in Mom's Fashionable Footsteps

Looks like Victoria isn't the only Beckham with a flair for the fashionable!

David and Victoria's son Romeo, 8, has inked his first commercial deal - designing sunglasses for kids.

The Daily Mirror reported that the sunglasses collection will be called RB, and there are already some famous faces lined up to rock the shades.

Heidi Klum's son, Leni, Suri Cruise, and Gordon Ramsey's children will reportedly be the first fortunate few to try out Beckham's shades.

It remains to be seen what the sunglasses will look like, but there is no doubt that anything Baby Becks produces will be anything but trendy.
