Bringin' In The New Year Right

The oh so sexy Adrian Grenier and his band The Honey Brothers celebrated the new year in Boston, Mass. Oh how I wish I was there! They rang in the new year with a countdown and a toast with Maestro Dobel Tequila...yum! After that sparkling ball dropped the band gave the crowd some tunes to sing to as the group had a little jam session. Entourage fans just couldn't get enough, that they lined the dance floor as the Vincent Chase actor set the pace on the drums!

The Maestro Dobel Tequila event was definitely a hit with heartthrob Grenier and his band bros! Rumor has it they got paid 50K for their gig, that's a huge chunk of change and a nice check to start off 2010!

New Year...New Fashion

Any fashionista can tell you that with the New Year also comes new fashion. Although right now its difficult to ignore the cold breezes and snow it is time to look to the future, and the future is 2010 spring fashion. The 2010 Spring Fashion Shows have one thing in common, their floral prints. Spring 2010's floral prints will not only be featured on their usual flowy fabrics but also will be adorned on the edgy blazers we have become accustomed to in this past fall and winter. The new year resolution this year will be how to incorporate the neutrals we have packed in our closets from 2009 into the bright florals of spring 2010.

The Final Curtain

Tavern On The Green has celebrated more than a hundred years of elegance, fabulous food, and the most decedent decorations during the holiday season. They are known for their exquisite dining area usually with a packed house, and food to go crazy over. Tomorrow, December 31st will be the last time Tavern On The Green will be open. The doors are being shut to this Central Park Legend and everything inside will be going up for auction. Guernsery's Auction House will be open to the public to purchase anything and everything from Tavern On The Green. It will be held on January 14th-16th where the one-of-a-kind pieces will be auctioned off. If you have a love for the restaurant with many memories you must go to this auction to have your own part of the Green.

She Never Gives Up: Lilo To Design 6126 Full Fashion Line

This has not been the best year for our little miss Lindsay Lohan. A crazy break-up with gal-pal Samantha Ronson, a embarrassingly failed attempt at creative designing for Emanual Ungaro Spring 2010 line, controversy with her pops, and just becoming an all-around hot mess (sorry Lindz..but it's the truth). However, no matter how downhill Lilo goes, we still love her and hope that she picks herself back up...so, with that said, it was great news to hear that she has a new venture coming up very soon. Via Twitter, Lindz announced that she will be releasing a full line of clothing, under the 6126 label. 6126, which is named after Marilyn Monroe's birthday, was Lindsay's collection of hundred dollar leggings that were sold last year. Lindz tweeted: "I need MORE folowers i am so sad about this, how can i tell everyone about my 6126 fill collection COMING OUT! all clothing."

The leggings line was actually not so bad, although a tad stripper-esque, not a total disaster like her horrid showing for Ungaro. The collection included footless tights, leggings with zippers, metallic and screen prints, and 80's inspired cashmere leg warmers- kinda cute. Too bad they were $100...no one would buy those for that price under Lindsay's name..let's hope the price points for this new line will be more reasonable...gotta admire this troubled actress's ability to not give up...we're rooting for you Lindz!!

Europeans Say No To Airbrushing

Airbrushing has become the most popular tool in fashion advertisements and many believe that this tool can affect more than just the images they are used on. Tyra Turns It Off

Former supermodel turned talk show host, Tyra Banks announced today that "The Tyra Show" will be coming to an end in spring 2010. The 5th season will be the last for the starlet, but it will not be the end. Tyra has many plans for bigger and better things and stresses that the show isn't closing because of the fans. Her fans have been more than supportive over the years making The Tyra Show, America's Next Top Model, and True Beauty TV hits over the years.

Her upcoming projects are going to be hitting a larger audience so she can continue to help young women and their battle to become FIERCE! Bankable Studios, Tyra's own company will be launching soon and will not only be a production company, but will be a job opportunity for many Americans still struggling for work.

Tyra wrote a letter on her website to her fans letting them know exactly what her plans are and thanking them for being the best fans anyone could have. She makes it clear that her decision to do this is the right one, and is very hopeful for her future plans. We are Team Tyra all the way and are just as excited as her for her next big leap of faith!
